How can I order customized cake? or catering for special occasions?Feel free to send us a message. What you want, what is in your mind...etc For example... "I want to order Mont-blanc for my mom's birthday" "I'm planning to hold a party for a baby shower, and the theme is blue. Can you cater for 20 people?" "I would love to get small gifts like cookies or macarons for 50 people"

Is there a fee for delivery?We're delivering to Rotterdam, Schiedam, Delft, Den Haag. Shipping fee is €15 for under €50 order, €10 for €50 to €100 Free shipping when it's over €150 order. You can also pick up your order at Rozenburgsestraat 44B, 3114BV Schiedam

Is there closing day?We're close on Sunday. Other opening day info is on Instagram. Please check it out before ordering.

Can I choose my delivery time?Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests at the moment. our delivery window is from 3pm to 6pm.

Do you have minimum order?You can order as much or as little as you like. However, we have minimum order for catering menu. If you order quantity "1" from category "catering", 5 pieces of them are coming.

Do you provide a list of ingredients and allergen?Yes, each meal has a list of every ingredients and highlights any allergens in that meal. You can view the full list of ingredients and allergens for each item on our menu by clicking on the item's image. Although our items may not highlight specific allergens, we are not a completely "allergen free" kitchen.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
